【摘要】:Organicperoxidesarewidelyusedaschemicalintermediates,catalysts,andinitiators.Thesetestmethodsprovideproceduresforassayingorganicperoxidestodetermineiftheyaresuitablefortheirintendeduse.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertheassayoforganicperoxides.Twoproceduresaregiven,dependingupontheeaseofreduction:1.1.1SodiumIodide,RoomTemperatureTestMethod,fororganicperoxideseasytoreduce,and1.1.2SodiumIodide,60x00B0;CTestMethod,fororganicperoxidesthataremoderatelystable.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4Reviewthecurrentmaterialsafetydatasheets(MSDS)fordetailedinformationconcerningtoxicity,first-aidprocedures,andsafetyprecautions.
