【摘要】:ThechromaticityofthestripeisdeterminedbymeansofthetristimulusvaluesX,YandZfortheCIE1931(2x00B0;)standardobserverforCIEstandardilluminantA,whichareconvertedtothechromaticitycoordinates(x,y)andshownintheCIE1931(x,y)-chromaticitydiagram.RefertoPracticeE308.Underthesameconditionsofilluminationandviewing,thechromaticitycoordinates(x,y)representthenighttimecolorofpavementmarkingsinvehicleheadlampilluminationasseenbydriversofthevehicles.Thechromaticityofpavement(road)markingsmaychangewithtrafficwearandrequireperiodicmeasurementtoensurethatthechromaticityismaintainedwithinboundaries(seeSpecificationD6628forexamplesofcolorboundaries).AsspecifiedbyCENEN1436andTestMethodE1710,themeasurementgeometryoftheinstrumentisbasedonaviewingdistanceof30m,aheadlampmountingheightof0.65mandaneyeheightof1.2m.Itshallbetheresponsibilityoftheusertoemployaninstrumenthavingthespecifiedobservationandentranceangles.1.1Thistestmethodcoversmeasurementofthenighttimechromaticitycoordinates(x,y)ofhorizontalpavementmarkings,suchastrafficstripesandsurfacesymbols,usingaportableretroreflectioncolorimeterthatcanbeplacedontheroaddelineationtomeasurethechromaticityataprescribedgeometry.1.2Theentranceandobservationanglesoftheretrorecolorimeteraffectthereadings.AsspecifiedbytheEuropeanCommitteeforStandardization(CENEN1436),theentranceandobservationanglesshallbe88.76and1.05,respectively.1.3Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforfieldmeasurementofpavementmarkingsbutmaybeusedtomeasurethechromaticityofmaterialsonsamplepanelsbeforeplacingthemarkingmaterialinthefield.1.4TheportableretroreflectioncolorimetermayintegratemeasurementofthecoefficientofretroreflectedluminanceRLaccordingtoTestMethodE1710andthusbeanintegratedretroreflectometer/retroreflectioncolorimeter.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodwasdevelopedtodeterminetheinorganiccontentofplasticsbydestructiveashingprocedures.Ashlevelsof0.01%orabovearecoveredbythistestmethod.Theseashingproceduresareusedonlytoquantifytheresidualsolidsinthepolymerandcannotbeusedtoidentifytheindividualchemicalcomponentsoftheash,qualitatively.Thistestmethodislimitedtothosematerials(includingglass)thatarestableto900?C.TestMethodD2584isrecommendedforunknownsamples,andininstanceswherefusionoftheinorganicportionsmaybeofconcern.Fluorinatedpolymersandpolymerscontaininghalogenatedcomponentshavenotbeenincludedintheseprocedures.Twoproceduresfordeterminingtheinorganicresidueinplasticsarelistedasfollows:ProcedureAMuffle-FurnaceTechnique-For5-50gramsamples.Samplesareflamedoveraburnerpriortobeingashedinamufflefurnace.ProcedureBRapid-AshMuffle-FurnaceTechnique-For5-50gramsamples.Samplesareignitedandashedinamufflefurnace.Formoreefficientashing,theplasticsampleshouldbeintheformofpowderorpellet.Note1ProcedureBissimilartoISO3451/1-1981(E).ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection9forspecificprecautionarystatements.
