【摘要】:ThisPartofEN1504setsoutbasicconsiderationsforspecificationofprotectionandrepairofreinforcedandunreinforcedconcretestructures(including,forexample,pavements,runways,floorslabsandpre-stressedstructures)usingproductsandsystemsspecifiedinotherPartsoftheEN1504seriesoranyotherrelevantEuropeanStandardorEuropeanTechnicalApproval.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversatmosphericallyexposed,buriedandsubmergedstructures.ThisEuropeanStandardincludes:a)theneedforinspection,testingandassessmentbeforeandafterrepair;b)protectionfromcausesofdefectsandtheirrepairinconcretestructures.Causesofsuchdefectsmayinclude:1)mechanicalactions,e.g.impact,overloading,movementcausedbysettlement,blast,vibrationandseismicactions;2)chemicalandbiologicalactionsfromenvironments,e.g.sulphateattack,alkaliaggregatereaction;3)physicalactions,e.g.freeze-thaw,thermalcracking,moisturemovement,saltcrystallisationanderosion;4)firedamage;5)reinforcementcorrosionresultingfrom:i)physicallossoftheprotectiveconcretecover;ii)chemicallossofalkalinityintheprotectiveconcretecoverasaresultofreactionwithatmosphericcarbondioxide(carbonation);iii)chloride(orotherchemical)contaminationoftheconcrete;iv)strayelectricalcurrentsconductedorinducedinthereinforcementfromneighbouringelectricalinstallations.c)repairofdefectscausedbyinadequatedesign,specificationorconstructionoruseofunsuitableconstructionmaterials;d)providingtherequiredstructuralcapacityby:1)replacementoradditionofembeddedorexternalreinforcement;2)fillingofcracksandvoidswithinorbetweenelementstoensurestructuralcontinuity;3)replacementoradditionofconcreteorwholeelements;e)waterproofingasanintegralpartofprotectionandrepair;f)principlesandmethodsofprotectionandrepair,forexamplethoselistedinTable1.SiteapplicationiscoveredinPart10ofthisEuropeanStandard.FurtherbackgroundinformationonthescopeofthisEuropeanStandardisgiveninAnnexA(Informative).
