【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedeterminationofwhole-bodyandhand-armvibrationemissionsatoperatorposition(s)duringtestingofmobilemachinery.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoassisttechnicalstandardizationcommitteesresponsibleforspecifictypesofmachineryinpreparingvibrationtestcodestoensurethatsuchvibrationtestcodes--areashomogeneousaspossiblewitheachindividualtestcodehavingthesamebasicstructure;--areinfullaccordancewithbasicstandardsonmeasurementofvibrationemission;--reflectthelatesttechnicalknowledgeofmethodsofdeterminingthevibrationemissionfromthespecificfamilyofmachineryunderconsideration;--providemanufacturerswithastandardizedmethodforthedeterminationanddeclarationofthevibrationemissionvalue(s)oftheirmachinery;--enabletheuserofthemachineryorthememberofaninspectionbodytocomparethevibrationemissionIIvaluesofdifferentmachineryandtoverifythevibrationemissionvaluesprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesrequirementsforthepreparationofvibrationtestcodes,includingguidelinesfortheconditionsunderwhichthemeasurementsshallbemade(e.g.operatingconditions).InformationtobeincludedinatypicalvibrationtestcodeissummarizedinAnnexA.VibrationtestcodesbasedonthisEuropeanStandardshoulddefinemeasuringprocedureswhichprovideaccurateandreproducibleresultswhichareasfaraspossibleinagreementwithvaluesmeasuredunderrealworkingconditions.Fordeterminationofthemagnitudeofthevibrationtobenotedintheinstructionhandbook,thisEuropeanStandardrequiresoperatingconditionsenablingthedeterminationofthe75-percentUeofthevibrationexperiencedattheoperator'spositionduringthemodeofoperationcausingthehighestvibration.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosittingandstandingpositions.Itisapplicabletoallmobilemachineryproducingperiodicorrandomvibrationwithorwithouttransients.RotationalvibrationisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardcontainssufficientguidancefordesigninganappropriatetestformachineryforwhichnovibrationtestcodesexist.Itcanalsobeusedforthedeterminationofvibrationemissionvaluesofindividualmachines.QThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotpresentlimitsorrecommendedvibrationvalues.Ingeneral,theemissionvaluesshouldnotbeusedforassessmentofthehealthrisk.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotgiveanyguidanceorrecommendationsfordeterminationofhumanexposuretovibrationandshock.NOTEForsuchinformation,referenceismadetoISO2631-1andENISO5349-1.
